2.4 Third-Party Service Data
If you choose to connect third-party services, we may receive limited data from those services:
- Google Calendar: When you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar to create, update, and delete events corresponding to your bookings. We store only the sync token and calendar event IDs needed to maintain the connection. We do not read, store, or share any other Google Calendar data. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes our access.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never store credit card numbers.
- SendGrid: We use SendGrid to send transactional emails (confirmations, invoices, etc.) on your behalf. Email addresses of your customers are transmitted to SendGrid solely for delivery purposes.
- Twilio: If you use SMS features, phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (invoices, confirmations, password resets)
- Sync your event schedule with Google Calendar (when connected)
- Generate reports and analytics about your business performance

4. Google API Services - Limited Use Disclosure
Pro Santa Solutions' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only request access to the Google Calendar scopes necessary to sync your event bookings.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless: (a) we have your explicit consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes, (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with equivalent privacy protections.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors (Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio, Google) that help us operate the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Your Customers: Information you choose to include in emails, invoices, contracts, and your public Santa page is shared with the recipients you designate.
